Frank Sinatra was born in Hoboken in 1915. A look at his hometown roots and the places around town that still honor him.

Francis Albert Sinatra was born in Hoboken on December 12, 1915, to Italian immigrant parents. He grew up here, sang in local clubs and went on to become one of the most famous entertainers of the 20th century. Frank Sinatra never stopped being Hoboken's favorite son.
